Scaperune is only accessible through random events. There are only two events randomly that can take you there and one is only available when fishing. The randoms are Prison Pete and the Party Room, and Evil Bob's Island. The locations are wild and chaotic. Prison Pete is not the same as the Party Pete in the room for parties, and on evil's bob island where you can catch cooked fish and then have to remove them. An interesting fact: To uncook a cooked food in the cooking pots that are located on the island of Evil Bob (is located in ScapeRune) You will have to carry the following message in mind: If anyone is able to do so, I ask them to bring 28 cooked shrimps with them. When they get this kind of random, they'll cook them all, and get 2 Uncooking! It would be amazing if you could not cook something, and get a rare "very raw" item. A few nights ago I was out with a pal that I used to play RS with a lot. When we were cleaning his computer, we found some old PKing levels and screenshots. So, we thought of renewing our memberships and have fun. Then I saw the tabbed banks. I had $6m worth of things. This was not cash, but things, but it was still nothing in comparison to what I could put up when I was in the prime of my career. I then checked out the latest pvp realms and I have to say I love some of the ideas however I am not a fan of some but overall I prefer the old wilderness - but I'm not complaining about pvp worlds.
