A good Rent Frenzy session starts before you roll. Decide how many dice you're willing to spend, then look at the spaces ahead and pick a multiplier that leaves room for a few misses. Extra rent can help pay for upgrades, but it's not worth emptying your dice reserve if you're saving for a Monopoly Go Partners Event or another goal. Play for the cash you need, not just because the timer is running.
What the Extra Targets Do
During Rent Frenzy, more player tokens appear on spaces around the board. Land on one of those spaces and you collect rent. Simple enough, but there's a catch: extra targets don't mean every roll pays out. You might hit several in a short stretch or go a while without landing on one. The event is about earning cash, not directly collecting sticker packs or a set number of dice. Before you start, take a look at your next landmark upgrade. Knowing its cost gives you a reason to roll and a sensible point at which to stop.
When to Start Playing
Rent Frenzy can show up during a scheduled event window or as a reward on an event or tournament track. Your personal timer may begin when you open the game during a scheduled window, so don't pop in for a quick look if you can't play yet. If the boost is a milestone reward, check where it sits on the track and wait until you're ready to collect it. The window and the boost aren't the same thing: a window lasting several hours only tells you when activation is possible. Your own session may last 30 minutes or less, depending on that appearance. Check the in-game display for the current dates, time zone, and duration.
Choosing Your Multiplier
A low multiplier is often the comfortable choice when your dice supply is tight or the useful spaces are scattered. You can keep playing through a few unlucky rolls without spending too much at once. A higher multiplier may be worth considering when a rent target and another useful event space are both within reach. Even then, you could miss both. Take another look after each roll instead of leaving the multiplier high out of habit. If you're close to your dice limit, stop. Cash is useful, but you'll need those remaining rolls for whatever you've planned next.
Putting Your Cash to Work
Landmark upgrades turn rent payments into board progress, so check what you can afford before the session ends. A Cash Boost may help increase earnings, while a building discount can reduce upgrade costs. Board Rush and Landmark Rush offer rewards for specific building progress; their conditions differ, so read the event details first. Sticker Boom is separate and affects eligible sticker packs, not rent payments. If extra targets aren't showing, check your personal timer and any relevant reward track. Players considering a Monopoly Go Partners Event for sale should still keep their dice budget and current event objectives in mind.
