I purchased a new Copilot+ laptop last month and even when I am only using Notepad, the NPU and RAM usage is out of this world. It is as though I have been given a ton of “Shadow AI background processes that I have never requested. SIAD, should anyone in the community techzeel, have a manual on how to disable these background agents without hacking the OS, please inform me!
