Okay I've always wanted to become an Ancient mage. However, I've never been able afford the Runes to make it happen. Now that i can cut Yews, I have been Alching to get my level up so far its 41 and I am contemplating.

Do I need to raise it to 50 in order to be able to complete Desert Treasure? (I have 52 prayer). Do you think it is really that difficult and do I have the capacity to complete it? What do you think? I will be able to do the quest with a lot of Shark and Tons of Pray Pots?

While I confess that I don't like farming, I would like to improve my numbers by 40+. So I need to raise it. Ever since the skill came out although I've taken seeds because I was aware that some day I would porbably end up leveling it. I wanted to know if anyone could tell me to about the level of farming these seeds will get me to. Oh and my current level of farming is...erm...
